I’m curious where your mushrooms were grown. Are they tested?
Our fungi are harvested and prepared by Ukrainian farmers in the Carpathian mountains. They grow in clean air and soil, absorbing the power of the woods instead of pollution. Some of our wild-grown mushrooms are coming from the trusted partners outside Ukraine. We use third-party lab tests that confirm the absence of heavy metals or any pollutants in our products. Are you certified organic?
Some of our products are certified organic (mushroom extracts). And we firmly approve the quality of those that are not certified organiс. Organic products are often tested for pesticide and fertilizer residues. All our products are going through all the necessary checks and 3-party lab tests, with zero detection of such chemicals, so they are up to organic standards.

What is your drying method?
We dehydrate mushrooms first 24 hours in a dehydrator at 45°, afterwards we keep them one month more in a cool storage.

How long I can use them for?
From 12 to 16 months.

How much is the delivery to my area?
We provide tracked 48hr delivery for UK orders. Delivery to UK, Europe and USA costs 9 GBP, and it’s 13 GBP to remote countries. We ship products from Ukraine, Lithuania and USA, having a well-established network of logistics partners. Paid orders (outside of the UK) are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days with a tracking number for status checks.

What’s the recommended dosage?
We recommend to adhere to the dosage mentioned on our product labels and in our online item description.

What’s the difference between capsules, powder and caps?
Capsules are more convenient for those who want to take the recommended amount quickly. Powder is more efficient for those who want to control the measurements.
The powders are great for microdosing, you get a balanced amount of active ingredients.
Some people prefer caps as they want to feel the original structure or in order to prepare teas and tinctures. You can use a food processor to make a cap into a powder.

What concentration are your mushroom extracts?
10:1. The guaranteed level of polysaccharides is 50%.

What extraction process do you use for each strain?
Polysaccharide extraction methods are all hot water extraction, and we use the fruit body (the culture medium is cottonseed hulls, wood chips, soybean meal, etc.)
Erinacines are alcohol-extracted, and the raw material comes from the mycelium of Lion’s Mane mushroom (the culture medium is soybean meal, glucose)
