I thank you for such an interesting mushroom experience. When I started taking Ashwagandha, at first I can honestly say I didn’t really feel the effect because I would take one capsule and forget to take another one, but when I decided I would take them every day and track it, and I also increased the dosage to 2 capsules, after a couple of weeks I felt the effect. My performance improved, I had a lot of ideas in my head, a lot of activity, a lot of energy, good sleep, the tension went away, I stopped fussing about nonsense, and the craving for alcohol went away!

I experience a new sense of relief and calmness while taking these beautiful supplements. And it was extra supportive for me today, when I had heavy headache that lasted for the whole night and after taking my morning dose of Lion’s mane it was gone completely.
