Return & Refund

Talk to Mushroom Mother's care team if you want to return products within 14 days from the date of your receipt. Whole caps can be returned even if opened, as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Capsules are also returnable, provided they are unused and the jar's seal is intact. 

Products that don't meet these return conditions or are returned after 14 days won't be eligible for a refund.

Please note that the cost of shipping the product back is your responsibility. 

Once a return is received, the refund process takes 3-7 business days, excluding delivery fees. In cases of faulty or incorrect items or customs issues, replacements or full refunds are offered.
